Well now that I returned from my 49 day South American I will be turning my attention to the next cruise on my so-called bucket list - A 14 day back to back cruise from Boston to Quebec City and back to Boston and then a 7 day cruise to Bermuda from Boston.
I had originally booked this for the fall of 2012 but canceled it when the opportunity to take the South American cruise presented itself.
When completed I will have visited all 10 Canadian provinces and can add Maine to the list of American states that I have visited.
The cruise leaves Boston on Sept. 27, 2013 - it will have port stops in Portland, Maine, St John New Brunswick, Halifax - twice - one visit on each leg, Bar Harbour, Maine, Cornerbrook Newfoundland, Charlottetown P.E.I., Gaspe, Saguenay, Quebec, Sydney, Nova Scotia and Quebec City.
With the exception of Quebec City - last visited in 1967 and Boston I have not visited any of the other ports.
As for Bermuda - for a number of reasons which I will outline in a future post - I may cancel and re-book as part of a 14 day Caribbean repo in November 2014 - there are a number of my cruising friends who have booked that cruise.
